Data protection

Our use of CVs and supporting letters supplied by users of this Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, outlined below.

Personal data supplied to us by yourself will be transferred to suitable companies who are looking for staff with the skills outlined on your CV and supporting letter. Once it has been passed on to these companies it may also be transferred to third party service providers both inside and outside the European Economic Union, including some countries which do not have stringent data protection laws. However, we will always endeavour to handle your information in accordance with our privacy policy.

Use of the Site

The information and services available on the site are provided for the sole purpose of people looking for IT employment opportunities and and for organisations seeking to recruit IT staff. You may use, print and download information from the site for these purposes only and for no other personal or commercial purpose. You must not copy, display, transmit or distribute any material from the site and if you do or if you perform any other unauthorised processing of information on the site it shall be deemed a material breach of these terms and conditions which would entitle us to terminate our Services immediately on notice in writing. Further, we reserve the right to suspend provision of the Services to you in circumstances where we believe you may have performed any unauthorised processing of information. In terms of any personal data accessed or otherwise processed by a Customer as a result of access to the site or the Services, the Customer agrees that it shall be the sole data controller of such personal data for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation 2018 and, as such, shall be solely responsible for its processing.

All copyright, database rights and other intellectual property on this site and its material available belongs IT Security Org Ltd.

By using the Site, you confirm that you accept our terms and agree to comply with them.

Your Account

Your account will include your personal details, job history, key employment skills and information on the kind of work you are looking for. The purpose us collecting this this information is to connect you with employers seeking staff with your skills.

If you choose to create a profile with us, then we will keep your CV on file until you ask us to delete your CV from our Database.

We do not warrant or guarantee a minimum volume of storage capacity for your profile. We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently restrict the data volume for uploads of data, especially if necessary due to technical reasons.

Deceased User

In the event of the death of user, a person authorised to act on behalf of the estate, or a verified immediate family member of the deceased can request to have the deceased user’s account removed. We will require further formal documentation for this request to avoid unauthorised and false reports. Please rest assured that the requested information will be completely confidential.

Our role

We do not guarantee that you will secure a position as the result of joining the site. IT Security Org. Ltd is not a recruitment agency, we simply pass on your information to appropriate employers. Once contact has been made, we will not be involved in the recruitment process and any enquiries about selection and interviews should be made direct to the company in question.
